Pioneered the Supermoto class of functional outerwear for brand with focus on fit and protection by way of functional design. Managed work flow for team of 6; pattern makers and sewers. Created departmental organizational tools, implemented prototyping and production efficiencies for internal sewing and tech team and was the key liaison between design, our internal sample room and production.
